PRACTICAL ORGANISATION

• Number of participants:
• 20 participants maximum from EcoSD network, S-.mart network, the Design Society and Université Paris-Saclay.
• The training is free of charge for these people.
• However a few places may be available for young researchers or professionals outside of the partners network (1,000€ per academic participant, 2,000€ per participant from industry; please contact us for more details).
• Days are generally dimensioned from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Participants will be welcomed between 9:00 and 9:30 am on the first day with a breakfast.
   
• Meals and accommodation are the responsibility of participants. See below for more details on possible accomodation.
   
• There are several canteens at or near CentraleSupélec, provided meals at 3.25€ (with a student card). There is also a student cafeteria with sandwiches and some food trucks in the area.
   
• A social event is organized on Thursday evening in a restaurant (offered by EcoSD and S.mart).
   
• A wi-fi access will be provided to all participants.
   
• A certificate will be given to all participiants at the end of the training, for example to validate the doctoral school in their university.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation is the responsibility of participants.
